Jim has lived and worked in the Austin Real Estate market for the past 34 years. He knows his favorite city well and truly enjoys working with both buyers and sellers to bring every transaction to a successful conclusion for all parties.

Jim owned a residential Real Estate company for eighteen years but found managing prevented him from his first love: working with clients. His company merged with Stanberry & Associates in January 1992.

You might like to know that Jim has an Engineering Science Degree from the University of Texas and was an Engineering Manager for eight years. He enjoys travel and creating metal art sculptures in his spare time.

Jim's professional designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) are attained by less than 4% of all Realtors nationally. He is also included in the '92-'08 Who's Who in Texas Residential Real Estate.

He is currently the president of the Austin Executive Association.
